    Maltodextrin is a high quality complex carbohydrate sourced from corn starch which provides a great source of energy for anyone who participates in regular exercise. Although Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate, it rates quite highly on the Glycemic index (GI) just below simple carbohydrates like Dextrose.
